Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy

1 Year Warranty on all purchases.

I stand by the quality and workmanship of everything I make for you.

If at any time during the first year of use your purchase does not function as designed or does not meet your satisfaction, you can return it to me for repair, replacement if necessary, or refund if you wish.

I make this warranty for only one year because any design flaws would certainly be revealed within that time with normal use – and for those of us who are play therapists, that means using a sandtray as a wet or dry sandtray, NOT as a Frisbee or punching bag…

But, that said, if you ever have a problem with anything I've sold you, please feel free to contact me and I will try to help you out any way I can. My goal is to make and sell quality items that you will love having. If that wasn't accomplished, please let me know!

Shipping policy

On the Island of Oahu

Because I live in Honolulu, I will deliver all items purchased, directly to you. Typically there will be no shipping costs needed.
For larger projects, that may require renting a truck or using movers, I will determine any such costs up front and let you know what they may be.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with shipping options and delivering items that I am not able to deliver myself or that you choose to have delivered a specific way.

Outside of the island of Oahu

All mailing/shipping costs will be paid by the purchaser.
I will make every attempt to determine accurate shipping options and costs prior to staring any project, so you will have all the information you need to decide if this is a project you want to go ahead with.
I will also try to determine what is the most cost effective shipping options, while still being safe and insurable, way to ship any item.
That said, I am unable to control final shipping costs and any price changes will still be the responsibility of the purchaser.
The purchaser can also request any specific delivery or shipping options you prefer at any time.
